The Rose/Flower Garden

The side rose garden has a pretty little rose tree as the focal point of the area. There is a small rose bush and flowers in window boxes. These are all made of polymer clay, purchased from 1dollarcrafts on Etsy, and minivictorianlace on Ebay. The cardboard flooring has graphics of flowers and a stepping stone walkway. Additional walkways are constructed using another cardboard piece from a Barbie Fold N Fun play set (Ebay). The bird bath was constructed using materials found around my house (a paper towel tube, ceramic trinket bowl, craft glue and paint). The "brick" wall on the left is a wood block covered with heavy embossed brick paper and covered with dried moss. Two battery operated lights adorn the end columns (Ebay). The front half wall is of similar construction with the addition of the railings on top. Most of the railings used on my Barbie house are from the Barbie Fold n Fun dollhouse and found on Ebay. The side porch is made from a wood box with the drawer pulled out to make a step up to the door. There are window boxes on the rails and a pom pom tree on the door stoop. The door is not a functioning door, but just glued in place. The door is a side door off of another Fold Up Barbie House, and the archway is from the 3rd floor of a Barbie Dream House (Ebay). I have added a battery porch light which is not shown in the photo. The garden seat is a Monster High piece and was spray painted white, also purchased on Ebay.
