Music Room

The third area on the second floor is the music room. This room also has glass tiles for flooring and elegant cream wallpaper (which I actually have in my own entry hall)! The room divider between the kitchen and music room is two sided with the kitchen on one side and a mirror and built in book shelves on the music room side. A round wood half table abuts the mirror and the shelves are filled with various decorative accessories. The table I purchased from a seller on Etsy. A Degas painting of dancers hangs on the opposite wall. The floor lamp gives lighting as well as the decorative glass tile ceiling light. A battery candle stick with an upturned bobeche wax catcher on top for the shade makes up the floor lamp. The piano actually plays several songs when the keyboard cover is lifted, and the keys move up and down.

Although the next photo is from Christmas 2017, it shows the piano opened.
