Living Room

The Living Room has "brick" walls and a wood plank floor. A fireplace is at one end of the room. It was made by cutting a decorative picture frame in half and mounting it on a small piece of wood which is the hearth. Furnishings consist of "leather look" sofa and chair (purchased on Ebay), and end table with lamp, a coffee table, and a faux silk plant. Ball legs were glued to the bottom of the sofa and chair for a little height. The lamp on the end table is a short candle stick holder with a glass bobeche (wax candle catcher) for the shade. I added a tiny battery powered mini light to the lamp. Decorative pillows add color to the furniture. A tiny flower painting is above the fireplace (purchased from Etsy). I made a fireplace box/grate out of various things found around the house.
